Please read the following Terms and Conditions of our Forum carefully before you post a new topic or reply to a thread. Once registered we will have accepted that you have agreed to the following terms:-

1.       You may not upload any material that is abusive, threatening, obscene or sexually explicit.

2.       You may not upload intentionally any false, misleading or fraudulent information.

3.       You may not upload material that discloses personal matters concerning any person or that is defamatory.

4.       You may not upload complaints about named companies or park home estates. Such individual issues should be taken up with the company direct.

5.       You may not upload any material or images for which you do not own the copyright, nor have the owner’s permission to do so.

6.       You may not upload any advertising or promotional material. If you wish to promote or advertise your company, please call Park Home Living on 01344 860256 for advice on where it is appropriate to do so.

7.       It is your responsibility to ensure that you do not upload any files or links that could contain viruses or corrupted files.

8.       Your login address must be active and verifiable.

9.       Multiple usernames are not allowed. If a member is found to have multiple user names, they will be deleted.

10.   Please do not type message in ALL CAPITAL LETTERS as on internet forums this is considered to be shouting and therefore bad manners.

11.   Trade Users: If you are involved in the residential park home industry in any shape or form (such as park owner, manufacturer, insurance or finance provider, refurbisher, warden etc) you must make this known by adding your involvement in your signature.

12.   As this website is funded by www.parkhomeliving.co.uk, no advertising or mention of other park home websites is allowed.

Park Home Living reserves the right to monitor any information transmitted or received through our forum. We may at any time and without warning block any post or terminate your membership for violating our rules.
