Ed the ten year warranty applies to the site owner being part of it Summer Lane park home site does not belong to it,i had a problem with water coming in above the window the site owner was on site he does not live on here i said to him about it and his reply was tell Pathfinder the 12 moth guarantee was up i told him that i bought the home from him.......i had to do it my self put some resetex over the window so much for the ten year guarantee there is some new pathfinders on here been on the market over 3 years from £124,0000 to £158.0000 and they aint got the guarantee only the 12 month from the maker,,ithought all park homes had the ten year.....but you know what thought done
