Just to let you know that I have found Hambleton Country Park in Poulton Le Fylde, Lancashire has fishing and also an indoor swimming pool!
 
They aren't clients of ours, but we have some contact details open as we are advertising a private resale on their at the moment.
 
I think I might have one more. Will let you know if I am successful.

Hi Ed.

It was good of you to remember me and the fishing!

I have had a look at the home for sale and although I would not be interested in this particular one, all being well we will have a drive out on Sunday and give the park a look over.

The fact it is adults only, will accept pets and is within reasonable distance of friends and relatives is a bonus.
