Money to burn
Re: Money to burn
Hello ironfever " if money was no object " well Im not upper class so money is always an object lol....if I had say a budget of 200 thousand then yes I probably would.............my move here was a rather rushed affair due to personal circumstances...next time if there is a next time I would investigate everything before I went ahead...my heart would be firmly in my head lol evergreen
Re: Money to burn
Hi Evergreen
Your comments are worth their weight in gold to a potential buyer. I sympathise with you that circumstances gave you very little time to plan which seems to have led to a rushed decision which consequently has resulted in a less than ideal situation for you. The moral being take your time to decide no matter what outside pressures are baring down on you. It has to be completely right in all respects for you. My advice to you Evergreen Look after number one YOU. No matter what we buy we should never feel under pressure to purchase unless most if not all the boxes are ticked.
The good news as I see it is that if your avatar is a picture of you then you have a few moves left in you yet. So you will benefit from your experience.
It seems you are Evergreen by name and Evergreen by nature. (I am a smooth talker when I want to be)
Re: Money to burn
