Letting a park home

#0, by johanna_russell, 14 September 2010 09:43 PM

Hello,

I am just wondering if there are any parks that let on a long tearm? I have just got a new job in oxfordshire and do not have the funding to buy so was thinking of letting? The thing is I am also only 27 so this is an issue on a lot of sights despite the fact that I do like to be in bed by 9 on a saturday with a hot chocolate!! Age is a state of mind and for some reason mine is around 90!

Any how I am just after some advice really!??

Thank you.

HI Johanna_russell and welcome to the forum,

Unfortunately there are very few parks that rent out park homes as a norm. Most that do are only renting out older homes which they have purchased from the resident or their families. Once they have enough, they will redevelope that area for new homes.

Sorry about that.

Ed.
