Right, Coppice Park Farm chaple rd st leonards.
mix of 10-12-20ft homes 53 in all, looks like a nice site
bit out of the way, but bus stop out side main access
You'll need to re visit the site, and talk to the manager,
tel No 01296 625529 thats either the coppice park
farm as in FARM, or the site phone, as they are of
the same name the farm is were the owner lives
which is just down the road.
good luck.

Hi Ray,
thanks for all the info, we've already been there and had a look arround!

Don't take the bus stop too serious, there is hardly any escape from there without a car!!!

I was hoping to get some independent information about life on that site, neighbours, management, etc.

Hi thehoffi. as it is out in the sticks, you may need to look
at your future needs, i would look for a site nearer to civilisation
try Tingdene,Homeseeker, or Omar they all i wont say have
their on site, but would point you in the right direction.
good luck.

Hi All,

No need to look at the Omar or Homeseeker site. When you look there, you are looking at the Park Home Living park's directory in disguise and Tingdene only have their own sites, or I think, those that they sell Tingdene homes to. Best look at Park Home Living. We have the largest list of park home estates in the UK.

I knew the manager who originally did a lot of the redevelopment work on this site in the 90's. In fact, he did a lot for me when I was building Sleepy Hollow in Parmber Heath, Hampshire.

I have never heard a bad work about this park, so the best thing to do is to go along for a visit on the next fine day and talk to the residents. If it is a good park, as I think it is, then they will be the park owner's best sales force!!

Ed.
