This park is owned by Northdales LLP and as far as we know is the only residential park they own. There business is mainly in holiday parks, I have looked at their new website, which is very attractive, but just a little confusing.
Google took me straight to the Bridgend Park page and there are two banners which you can click through to learn about ownership and 'Take a tax break'. Both of these only relate to their holiday parks of course and shouldn't really be on that page. However, I think the website is quite new and perhaps they will address that soon.
They recently made an enquiry about advertising with us, but we haven't heard back as yet.
The best thing you can do is to quietly visit the park and take a wander and talk to the residents. No park owner will take exception to that. As k them how they find the park owners, if there are maintenance problems, are they handled quickly and efficiently. If the park is a good park, the residents are their best sales force.
