Residential park in Staffordshire (Tamworth/Lichfield)

Hello there. I really don't want to sound like a pain in the neck and post a question that might already be answered here, but I am really (really!) struggling to find some decent information.

Could anybody please tell me if there are any residential parks/sites for statis homes/caravan homes in the area of Lichfield/Tamworth/Brownhills area (Staffordshire).

We, i mean me & my partner & our dog want a caravan/static home to live in 12 months/year but can't find a decent site

Hi Maggiedks and welcome to the forum,

Static caravans are built to British Standard EN 1647, as opposed to a residential park home which is built to British Standard 3632; the only standard acceptable for use all the year around. Consequently there are no static caravans on residential parks, certainly not new ones anyway.

If you were to find a park offering residential use of a static, it would be a holiday park and you run a high risk of losing your home by living here. Please read our article on the Residential Misuse of Holiday Caravans on our holiday lodge website by clicking through here.
