Virtually impossible to buy a plot of land and get planning for a park home. Planning departments would want a tradtional bricks and mortar property built there.
However, if the land was big enough to be classified as a small holding you may well get planning for a park home, but you would have to prove that you made your living from the smallholding/land.
Now let me see, which will it be, horses, goats, pigs or perhaps something more arable like tomatoes, runner beans, kale? i thought you were going to retire and fish. Ah, that's it, Losos - a trout farm. Just the thing!
