We keep trying to drum it in that you do NOT buy on a holiday park with a ten or eleven month licence, or even a 12 month licence for that matter and use it as your primary address.

When buying, if the park is not listed on www.parkhomeliving.co.uk the chances are that it is not a residential park.

CHECK THE SITE LICENCE!!!! If it doesn't have the word 'residential' in it - walk away.
