Hi

I'm claiming housing benefit and I was wondering if anybody knows where I can find a mobile home park that accepts dss.  I've phoned a few from this website and they all say no.

Many thanks.

Hi Lisa112010 and welcome to the forum,

Which part of the country are you looking in?

Hi

I'm not too bothered to be honest.  Either the Midlands, Yorkshire or North West.  I don't drive so it would have to be near a good public transport system.

Hi Lisa

Don't know if the following weblink is of any assistance: http://www.ukparks.com/search-parkhomes-uk.asp.  It might point you in the right direction.

Good luck - if all else fails my park owners lets out units to people on income support, but only if you are over 45. The park is in Surrey

Hi Meerkat

That sounds interesting.  Whereabouts in Surrey.  I do know that there are parts of Surrey that are quite 'countryfide' for want of a better word and therefore need a car and I don't know whether you saw in my previous post that I don't drive.

Unfortunately I am over 45.

It is near Redhill, in a village called Merstham.   Send me a direct email and I can give you the site owners details if you like.   There is a good bus service into London, Redhill, Reigate, etc and has two railways stations.
