Hello  patandphil   I  would  imagine  its  10%  of  the  profit  but  I  could  be  mistaken, Ed  will  know  for  sure...anyway  10%  of  1000  pounds  is  neither  here  or  there  lol  speak  to  them  nicely  and  they  might  give  it  as  a present,  lol  evergreen

Hi patandphil and welcome to the forum,

A short and simple answer.

You pay the park owner 10% of the total selling price and if you are working with an estate agent who also charges 10% I would cancel the contract!! £1,000 is 10% of £10,000 in my book. I would hazard to say 1% commission is ideal, in which case if an estate agent sold your home for £10,000 he would charge £100.

Regards

Ed  smile

Hello  patanphil  Thinking  on  this  if  my  home  was  worth  £10,000  Id  try  at  selling  it  myself, I  dont  think  it  would  move  any  faster  or  slower  than  the  market  at  present, anyway  good  luck  whichever  road  you  pursue,  evergreen
