Is it safe to buy on a site when you find out it is up for sale e.g. Bungalow Park Home Estate, Wiltshire.

Hi guys

In theory, there should be no difference as the new park owner must honour all existing agreements. However, if it was me, I think I woukd wait a little if I could to see who the new owner was going to be.

The park has been on the market for just over twelve months and so I would imagine it might be a long wait in the current market.
