Hi Potplant
Have you got your home advertised on Park Home Living? We can also put it up on Right Move for you and we don't charge an Estate Agency commission when you sell.
Check out our selling page here.
We are currently averaging around 2,500 visits a day to our website of which around 75% are looking into the park home lifestyle. The balance are looking for service providers having bought their home already. That will be a lot more people looking for park homes than will be going to the local estate agents website.
Regards
Ed.
Did you know that not all parks are struggling as some parks in the industry are reporting record sales! But i must admit that they have realigned there prices and are now offering better value then ever!everything is taking time to sell,PH`s and bricks and mortar
are you using an agent thats on rightmove or simlar?-woodbine
For Example in Morecambe at Broadfell Park they have sold more homes this year then they have for the past 3 years. You can now get a modern twin unit park home for less then £75,000 which is the lowest priced modern home i have come across in the North West. If you price your home right it will sell!
