Hi, Does anyone know if Parkhomes can be sold through property auction sites and if so, who?

There are no laws to say you can't sell a park home through an auction. However, you must remember that the park owner has the right to approve the purchaser before the sale, which must not be unreasonably withheld.

I can't see how you could do this before the hammer goes down!
