Hello...Im  sure  property  auctions  have  there  place, but  Im  sorry  I  wouldnt  use  them ,  what  percentage  do  you  take  on  a  sale ?  forgive  me  if  Im  wrong  but  you  seem  to  mostly  deal  with  repossesions,  moonlight  flits,  or  people  desperate  to  sell, the  properties  seem  to  go  under  the  hammer  for  less  than  there  worth...hence   builders   and  people  hopeing  to  fill  their  portfolio  by  making  a  profit..I  know  there  must  be  a market  for  this..but if  theres  any  profit   then  I  want  it  lol  evergreen.

It has been tried unsuccessfully by a park operator once to my knowledge.

The unique legislation with regards to buying a park home cannot be given to an 'on spot' purchaser. For an existing park home resident, it would be even more impossible, because under legislation, the park owner has the right to approve an incoming resident.

So, sorry London Property Auctions, but think you are on a non winner here! Except, unless everytime you take a bid, you stop the auction to ensure that the person bidding qualifies under the park rules.

Regards

Ed.
