space!!!!

Hi, can anyone help with this problem?? I have recently moved into a lovely lodge only to find a pitch space (concreted) 14 feet away from my property. Everyone on the park says its far too close, i was told that the distance between lodges should be 20 feet atleast. Dont want to have my blinds drawn all day when i eventually get neighbours so i dont feel as im living with them ....... Thanks if you can be of help

Hello, is this a lodge on a Residentail Site licenced by the local authority, or a holiday site? If it is a Residential Site then ask to see the Site Licence as seperation distances should be set at 6 metres between each home.

If it is a holiday site I suspect Editor will know, I have no idea about holiday sites, sorry.

Same thing, holiday or residential, all are classed as 'caravans' and should be six metres apart.
