Residential parks in Middlesex/Surrey for single 37 year old

Hi there,

I'm looking to find a park that would accommodate me within commuting distance (half an hours drive) of Sunbury on Thames.  I'm a single female, in my late thirties and I'm looking to buy a home close to my work for use during the week only.   So my questions are:

- Any ideas for suitable parks in that area West of London, Middlesex and Surrey?
- Is the fact that I will only be in residence during the week likely to count against me in finding somewhere?

Hi Sara250 and welcome to the forum

You just need to go to the website www.parkhomeliving.co.uk and click on the map in that area and do a search.

With regards to only using your home during the weekdays, I guess each park owner will have a different opinion, but possibly they will decide that as you are using the park home five days and out seven then it would be your main residence. You will need to discuss this with the owner of the park you decide on.
