Hello and a few questions

Hello, 
I am considering buying a park home and have a few questions which would be great to get some advice on.
Any comments would be great!

1. How long will a park home last?
I know this will depend on how well its looked after but what I am trying to figure out is if its worth buying an old one and fixing it up or would a new home be a better investment?

2. If I buy a new park home lets say 32x10 foot for around £36000 how much will it cost for a plot to put it on in Essex. Or what would my total costs be. I am sure this vairies too but a rough idea would be great.

3. I have seen a park home which I can afford but it is run down and looks like it will need a good bit of work, mainly cosmetic though I think. I am not sure how old it is. Its 40x30 and comes in around the same price as the small new one above. I enjoy DIY work and would hope to fix it up myself. Who thinks it would be a better buy?
