Park Home Finance

Hi Everyone,
This is my wife and I first Post,our problem we are trying to Finance a Park Home we want in Somerset.
We moved to Spain two years ago,where we purchased a Spanish Park Home on a all British Residential site,but we now have returned to the U/K and it is now for sale,we hoped to use proceeds from our sale for a deposit to purchase the Park Home in Somerset,but it is taking a while to sell.
Does any one know where we maybe able to borrow money with out having a deposit,we have tried the usual lenders of Park Home Finance,any advise or information would be appreciated.

Hi Elizabeth32 and welcome to the forum,

Unless your bank will give you a personal loan, I'm afraid you are going to find it very difficult.

I can't think of any lender who will give you a loan without a deposit. Perhaps you had better let this home go and when you are in funds start looking again.
