(ii) A current plan of the site with roads and pitches marked on it shall be prominently displayed at the entrances to it.

This made good reading.........and the answers no to all of them lol ...as far as I know his addy and phone number are a closely guarded secret, he dosnt want any calls......for weeks it can be sink or swim...noone on hand incase of problems...bearing in mind most of the residents are elderly, some also disabled too. I remember a few christmas's ago one of the residents with learning difficulties couldnt light his boiler for some reason, so he asked part of the firm !!.......there answer was too crued to write for our readers, but two words the first began with F...............it will be interesting to read mossy's reply .............but thankyou Ed for pointing this out . evergreen
Ok. Has "your" dealings with the council been documented and a record kept, perhaps though a residents association?
Question. If a council fails to live up to its responsibility can it be taken to court.
if the council knows evergreen and nothing gets done have you enlisted the support of one of your local councillors?its amazing what council officials will suddenly do when a councillor gets onboard a problem
HI guys
If, as in Evergreen's case, the Local Council do not seem to be living up to their responsibility, you can always make contact with the Local Government Ombudsman.
If you click through on this link, it will explain how you go about making a complaint.
Before you do so, you will need to have a record of each time you have contacted the local council, what for and what was their response if any.
