Park Home in City of Norwich

It would be good for those in later years to have a Park Home site in a City . Too many are out of reach and isolated. There are 2 sites that might be considered one is Pinebanks the former Aviva playing fields and a brown field site at the bottom of Ketts Hill, Norwich currently used as a second hand car sales, which also has a derelict/vacant plot adjacent.Esther John

Hi Estherjohn and welcome to the foum

Top of my wish list - planning consent for a residential park in the middle of a town/city. Unfortunately, you have absolutely no chance at all for many reasons.

The price of land would be the first big factor and secondly, planning consent.

I could probably write a page on the subject, but I have to just say, please take it from me it isn't going to happen. It is a shame I know, but that's life.

Regards

Ed.

Parkinsider

You would appear to have completely missed the point Esther John was making and as your experience within the park home industry of current trends seems to be somewhat lacking, let me tell you that our enquirers are getting younger and younger and many would appreciate park home estates within a town to facilitate their getting to work.

You seem to take delight in criticising other posts made by our members. Why not re-read the post you made to Estherjohn? Pontification is the word that comes to mind.

You seem to know so much about the industry, perhaps you would care to share with all of us how you have managed to come by this vast experience.

Under the Terms and Conditions of posting on this forum, if you are involved in the residential park home industry in any way shape or form  (such as park owner, manufacturer, insurance or finance provider, refurbisher, warden etc.) you must make this known by adding you involvement within your signature.
