Can anyone tell me the difference between Ground Rent and Pitch Fees?

 I'll have a try...
Ground rent is a regular payment required under a lease from the owner of a leasehold property payable to the freeholder. 
Pitch fee is a legal term specific to mobile homes and is used in the written statement etc
